The motto of Lions International is “We Serve”. Abingdon Lions Club serves the community in many different ways. One way is by making donations to individuals, groups and organisations. If you have a need of our help either personally or as a representative of a group or organisation, please contact Abingdon Lions Welfare Secretary whose details are on our officers page. You may also use the Contact Us page but this will go first to the membership secretary who will be pleased to forward your enquiry to the welfare secretary. Abingdon Lions Club Charitable Trust is a registered charity (no. 1055471).

Donations
Since the Club’s formation in 1981 we have donated approaching a quarter of a million pounds. Click on the appropriate year to see what donations were made in that year.

Bottles are free of charge and can usually be found in your local chemist or doctors surgeries. You may also find that you can obtain one through your nearest Neighbourhood Watch group, Age Concern, Council Offices, Housing Associations and other places including Police stations and doctor’s surgeries.
If you have difficulty finding a bottle, please contact Abingdon Lions Welfare Secretary whose details are on our officers page
